Create customized list of hardware and software to reduce costs and reuse any existing hardware and software.
Quote will be provided based on analysis.
Annual Support Program
4 hours of support per month which includes
Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Update anti-virus every 2 weeks.
Update server software every 2 weeks.
Apply any emergency security fixes.
Call back within 4 hours.
Resolve issues via telephone and remote access.
Software updates during office hours only.
If problem is not resolved in 4 hours or cannot be resolved remotely then technical staff will come onsite at nominal charge.
Disaster Recovery Management
In the event of a server crash lasting more than 8 hours, Dexter Solutions will temporarily replace the crashed server with a spare server, transfer the data from backups and send your server for repairs.
